We request that you schedule or cancel an appointment for your dog or cat visit no later than 10 pm the night before.  If your pet needs an emergency visit during the day, you can contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

Please do not assume that we can automatically provide service for last minute scheduling.

You will be charged in full if the walker shows up but you don't need service (so please don't forget to cancel on time).
